I was absolutely delighted with Bonsai Direct’s service! I ordered my tree a fortnight ahead because there was a cold snap coming. True to their word, the tree was packed up beautifully and arrived when the weather had turned again. It was packed very securely, the soil was nice and damp so they’d clearly given it a soaking before it set off, and the little tree was in great condition - even a few flower buds! It was exactly what I’d hoped for, so I’ll definitely be using this company again. Great work!
